PROCESS

1. Initial weight loss consultation: this VIRTUAL visit involves a 30-45 minute appointment to review your health history, recent lab work, nutrition, personal goals and discuss your client specific plan. Once you decide to embark on your journey to wellness, our amazing Nurse Practitioner, Brittany, will reach out to you to coordinate this appointment.

2. Monthly check-in's with your provider to assess progress: this involves a 20-30 minute appointment to assess your progress, hurdles, conquests or concerns.

PRICING

Initial consultations: $250

Weekly cost depends on drug and dosage. Your provider will prescribe the best drug and dose after a thorough assessment and lab review.

  • 1) Prior to your initial in-person consultation, you MUST have the following labs: A1C, CMP & Thyroid Panel

    2) Labs must be resulted prior to your in-person appointment at Noude

    3) If you have had labs in the last 6 months and have had no medical changes, you may submit these to NoudeAesthetics@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

  • 1) Visit OnDemand.LabCorp.com at https://www.ondemand.labcorp.com/

    2) Select “Shop Tests”

    3) Select the following tests to add to your cart:

    a. Select “Weight Management Baseline Test”, $139, (this panel includes all required labs)

    b. Select “Add to cart”

    c. Proceed to check out and follow the prompts to pay for your order

    d. Tests must be done at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Labs will need to be repeated at 6 months. Your provider may request repeat labs sooner if you are having persistent abdominal pain and/or palpable thyroid nodules. Please communicate with your provider as soon as possible.
